On: 2008-02-09I spent some time bid tabbing first aid kits before making this purchase. What I found is that this kit will deal with almost every basic household first aid need, plus some more. After you buy this kit, Id recommend adding a few safety pins (for blisters and for dressings) and an instant cold compress (for burns or bruises). If youre going to put the kit in a cabin or take it on vacation, add some waterproof matches. Overall, this kit is a top notch and perfect for Kitchen or Basement. I gave one to my uncle for his cabin and its great there, too. One caution: A lot of the kits have more components, but unless you spend some time filtering through the component lists, youll end up with 15,000 3/4" band aids instead of the variety of tools you need to treat your cuts and bruises. |
