I didnt know why until I received it. The cone is too big to stay on the flashlight head unless you build it up with several layers of tape. The shipping cost was minimal, so the S&H handling charge was mostly for "Handling." Its breathtaking that it would cost more to handle this order than it would to pay for the merchandise itself. |
