On: 2008-01-24I bought two of these bags for my husband and I for a road trip through Europe a little while back. We hit 6 countries in 11 days and these bags were a life saver! It was so conveinent to have the backpack luggage over anything with wheels because it is so easy to pick up and go. We had a car the entire time we traveled, so we didnt get the full backpacker experience, but they worked very well for our trip. The fact that the bag zipper opens the entire front of the bag, instead of the backpacks where the opening is the smaller top section, was a huge factor in us buying this item. It was so much easier to pack and repack, and not have to empty the bag every time we needed something we hadnt used yet that day. Plus all the outer pockets on the bag were very handy for organinzing and sorting all the small items you need to bring. We loved these bags and plan to use them again when we go to Peru in March. |
