Height is not adjustable but feels about normal height for most uses. The top of the pole is offset to keep the center of gravity in line with the base. So it feels stable. The lamp reflector comes flat and you will need to bend it in a curve. It easily detaches and we didnt use it. Also our coleman propane lamp which has a long U handle barely clears the pole. For its price its a great item to have around a campsite. Nice Stand  On: 2008-01-19This is a very sturdy stand and collapses well. However, if you have a lantern with a wide handle- such as a large plastic handle, this stand will not work. |
