At this point in time, no complaints at all from him. Washes well and wears well, and its light color doesnt show white dog hair, which was a must for a new vest! Very nice fleece vest On: 2008-06-28This was a great purchase for my husbands birthday. Very well cut and designed using quality materials that wear well. I purchsed the navy color and it is a very nice shade more of a navy/grey that goes well with everything. My husband wears a size 42 jacket so I purchased the large since the medium I bought him before fit a little too close for his liking, the large is a little roomier. Columbia is always a good product and the price was good too. Great vest for the price! On: 2008-06-17Wonderful vest at retail price, the Amazon has outdone itself. Nothing spectacular, but a good deal. I use it as a good layer for skiing to provide warmth for my core without restricting shoulder and elbow movement. It more than adequately provides what I need. Buy it for less than 20. On: 2008-02-20Columbia sizes are really big so just be a little conservative in ordering for sizes. Buy is for less than 20 bucks for getting value. Vest On: 2008-02-19I was satified with the product my only concern is that the color was off black insteadof black. Great vest at a great value. It can be had for a good price and should last for a long time. Fits true to size, zipper works fine, and it does its job: keeping you warm without adding a lot of bulk. Great for layering under a bigger jacket. Columbia Vest - Poor Fit - Fair Price  On: 2007-11-14Columbia Sportswear Mens Cathedral Peak Vest. I ordered two of these, one grey and one Tusk color. I really like the Tusk. These run a little bit small and should have just a bit more length to them. Im 63" tall and normally an extra large works fine for me, but not in this vest. I would have ordered an extra large Tall, but they dont come in the Tall size. I really like the fleece feel and the two outside zipper pocket, but it would be nice if they had an inside pocket, like Columbia puts on the inside of their Cougar Peaks outerwear. Nice and warm. Thicker then most I have purchased. On: 2007-11-07I purchased this vest for my husband. He finds them to be warm yet keeps his arms free at work. This Columbia vest is very nice and thick. The item arrived in a very timely manner. columbia vest On: 2007-01-09The vest is comfortable and roomy, though not the very best of materials. AN OK VEST ... On: 2006-10-27I really like Columbia Sportswear Jackets, so decided to try the vest ... The fabric is the same soft, warm, fleece as the jackets but the fit in the vest seems awkward ... For instance the XL in the jacket is a perfect fit for me, but in the vest I had to exchange the XL for a L ... The vest seems to run a size larger, and I think it would be a better design had they also included the bottom draw strings on the vest as they have on the jackets (being that the vests cost as much as the jackets) ... Had I been able to find a brown vest in the style of a black one I got from Lands End I would have returned this L also ...
