My size is different depending on the company that makes the hat. so beware of that fact, it may not fit even though that is your size. this hat sucks. On: 2008-05-05fast delivery, hat very stiff, brim sewn too far across hat to be worn sideways Faulty size chart, poor customer service.  On: 2008-03-24I received my hat pretty quickly and it looks about what I wanted. However, the size is completely wrong. I measured my head to be about 22 3/8", and so ordered the 7 1/8 size hat according to their size chart. The hat I received says 7 1/8 inside, but it is 1.5" bigger than my head. I measured the inside of the hat and it is 1.5" bigger than 22 3/8". I called and asked what I could do to exchange it, and I was told that Id have to ship it back on my own dime, as well as give them $5 to ship the new one back to me. This would almost equal the price of buying a completely new hat. I am probably just going to wash it and see if it shrinks enough. The Fitted Cap  On: 2007-01-16My shopping experience was excellent. Cheap Head Gear On: 2006-05-13Great price but I suspect most people will want to pay a little more and get a better quality cap. Like another reviewer, my cap also arrived a little too large (Im going to try his suggestion of machine washing & drying it). Fitted Cap / Black On: 2006-02-22The hat fits just right, material is great and the price is the best I found It was a little too big. On: 2006-02-17I printed out their hat-sizer thing and cut it out according to the directions. My hat ended up being just a little too big. I threw it in the washer and the dryer (even though the tag said not to) and it shrunk enough to fit pretty well now actually...and it still looks fine. |
