I have very high arches and am prone to planter fascitus. With a Superfeet insole and my Response Trails, I run a minimum of 5 miles a day, seven days a week in Sierra snow country. No flare-ups of foot pain. The shoes are beefy, yet nimble. This last version has a lacing system that makes the shoe lighter, yet does not compromise the strength of the lacing system. Still the best. Still very pleased. One of the classics On: 2007-01-15Adidas started the Trail in the early 90s and has perfected it since. Great running shoe and when its running life is over its a great looking every day shoe. |
