 Queen Size Premier Raised Inflatable AeroBed By: Aero More Information Initially pleased, waiting for final judgement  On: 2007-12-21My wife and I had purchased a sleeper sofa prior to the holidays and were promised delivery before Christmas......promises, promises. Needless to say the furniture company did not "deliver" so we shopped around on the internet and settled on the AeroBed 49813 Premier Raised Air Mattress - Queen to use in the mean time. Amazon offered the best price by far and 1 day shipping at an extremely resonable price. Out of the box it looked great. Came with a mattress pad/cover and a dust ruffle. We inflated it and found that it was very comfortable....surpriseingly comfortable. Now the bad news, the next day I went to check to ensure it held its pressure and found that a seam was split. I got on the phone with Amazon and to their credit they are immediately shipping out a replacement(again, 1 day shipping) and provided me with a return label for the one we are returning. Kudos to Amazon for excellent customer service. Hopefully the airmattress problem is an isolated one.....Ill let you know in a couple days. Company with Awesome Customer Service  On: 2007-11-20I purchased this bed thinking it was the top of the line and most comfortable alternative to mattresses. The convenience of inflating and deflating quickly, portaility and comfort all in one was awesome. Unfortunately, I was in the position with a time constraint, a need for customer service that the retailer could not provide, and a toll free customer service line on the inside flap of the box. Customer Service means a great deal to the manufacturer of AeroBed products. Their goal for the customer to be satisfied with using their product is top priority. I am purchasing this product again for camping with my kids ! I know everything the company indicates is definately something they stand behind ! 5 star product !!!!! Awesome. I love it.  On: 2007-07-16I really love this bed. So far, i have had it for three weeks and I sleep like a baby. You have to inflate it a little every couple days, but thats okay, because all you do is push a button and you are don in less than 20 seconds. The only thin I dont like is I wish it would delftate faster to make it easier to put in the aero bag. I highly recommend this bed! |
