 Men's Lowa Tibet GTX By: Lowa Average Rating: 3.0 Total Reviews: 1 More Information Great Boots! Horrible Cust Serv from Shoebuy.com  On: 2007-12-22Received boots w one shredded shoe lace. Attempted to call Cust Serv the first time and was just left on HOLD. Called a second time and the Cust Serv Rep refused to send me another pair of shoelaces. Asked to speak to a manager and she also refused to replace the shredded lace. When I told her that this was my last time purchasing from Shoebuy.com and that she failed to keep a good customer she wasn`t swayed. Couldn`t care less! When I told her that in today`s cut-throat and viciously competitive E-Tailing world she should be falling over backwards to take care of an existing customer, she also wasn`t persuaded. Didn`t Care! The problem is that U can`t find these special shoelaces just anywhere. They are custom made for the LOWA Tibet GTX boot. Shoebuy.com is HISTORY for me. Never again! |
