 Therm-a-Rest ProLite 4 Stuff Sack (Regular) By: Therm-A-Rest Average Rating: 4.5 Total Reviews: 8 More Information Worth the extra $  On: 2008-09-30It was a bit strange that they would not include the stuff sack with the prolite 4 pad. I did spend the extra money to pick it up for two reasons. One is the sack fits in there easily and can even hold a rain coat. two is is can be used as a storage sack for anything else. I do wish it had secure points so I can strap it to my pack and not have to worry about it, but a couple of tight straps has held it thus far! Very light weight, bulky to pack  On: 2008-09-03The stuff sack is very light weight and feels sturdy, even though the handle wasnt sewn in properly. To insert the pad, the pad is folded in half. If you like to attach the pad on the outside of your backpack consider a full length sack instead. comfy On: 2008-08-18does what it says on the can, get stuff bag for it though, great product, esp for kiking, small and light Works Perfect On: 2008-01-04A perfect stuff sack to accompany the Therm-a-rest ProLite 4. Got mine as a gift this Christmas and plan to use it backpacking this year. It is an awesome waterproof fabric and has a drawstring as well as a small loop swewn near the drawstring so you can strap it to your pack if you wish. Would recommend. Perfect but relatively high price. On: 2007-12-05As a generic stuff sack, its overpriced. If you have the mat designed to fit into this stuff sack, its a perfect fit, with a little wiggle room so its not a nightmare to get back together. Glad I picked it up. Fits the ProLite 4 mattress perfectly. On: 2007-05-24Fit is perfect. Material is very light, but seems strong. It is a little over priced, but not so much that I am very concerned. You will need to get something to pack the sleeping mat in for travel. This sack is not used to store the mat in at home. I will be using this for my upcoming bike tour from Philadelphia to Bar Harbor, Maine starting this June (2007). To prep for this, we chose the lightest gear we could find. |
