Once you get used to the weird suction thing you have to do to get the water its great! Lots of extra little storage areas!

I was worried that this would be uncomfortable, but it has been terrific for long runs. It carries a decent amount of water and holds some food, my phone and keys easily. Very light and the strap stays tight.
