It is difficult to receive UPS delivery at my home address. All UPS deliveries I order are sent to my work address.
I work at MD County Government - Health Department. If a large personal item is mailed regular mail and they have to deliver it to me....they often send it back and I have no knowledge it was ever sent.
I am sorry this item was returned. It was unclear how you ship and I guessed it was either UPS, or fedex ground. My mistake.
