 Swiss Gear Queen Size Sleep System (Royal Blue, Sky Blue) By: Swiss Gear Average Rating: 3.5 Total Reviews: 12 More Information Comfortable!  On: 2008-06-24Like others stated, it did not come with a fleece blanket inside. While camping, temps got pretty chlly requiring another blanket inside. It was nice and comfortable though. Why didn't I read these first?  On: 2007-11-20Then I wouldnt have been so confused that there was no fleece blanket!! Anyway, is okay for the price, would have liked the removable fleece and for it to be a bit softer but I havent washed it yet, so maybe that will make the difference. Great Overall, But where's the fleece blanket? On: 2007-10-10My husband purchased this item for me last year for Christmas. Have used it 4 times for camping and used it a few times for the kids to sleep in when we stay at a hotel. They loved it and the fact that we can still unzip it and use it as two seperate bags is great....But like everyone else says...>WHERES MY FLEECE BLANKET? It's Okay, but No Fleece Liner... On: 2007-09-25As others have noted, you dont get a fleece liner - its just not in there, so I dont know why it says there is one on the item description! Its lightweight, the darker color is actually a pattern of light blue swirls with little yellow dots. Dont like the slippery nylon side at all - can see this NOT staying in place regardless of the airbed straps (included). But, the price is right, and well give it a try! Love it!  On: 2007-09-11We have used this sleeping bag a few times now and we love it. It has plenty of room for two people (and a cat). It is very warm, so no extra blanket or thermal clothes are needed. Being two pieces (top is thicker) makes it easy to machine wash and dry, while keeping its original shape. Highly recommend it! Camping On: 2007-08-23This was a great sleeping bag, not really warm but great for summer camping. The extra fleece blanket that was supposed to be included was not there. Easy to clean and store! Restful nights On: 2007-08-20This is a great light weight sleeping bag for two. It is not bulky and stuffs fairly easily into a carry bag provided. This bag is not for cooler/colder months. It has dual zippers for easy access to each side and they are of good quality. The only thing I dont like about it is one side is nylon and slides all over the place on the bed. They do provide these large elastics to secure it to the bed, but its a pain. They should change the nylon to cloth so it will stay in place better. Awesome deal, but.... On: 2006-12-09For $24 this is an awesome deal, but I didnt get what I thought I was getting. First, there is no fleece blanket, and nowhere on the box that it comes it does it say anything about a fleece blanket. Its not as soft as I thought it was going to be, but its still comfortable. Looking at the pictures I thought it was going to be a plain dark blue on the outside, but its a dark blue with light blue swirls with yellow dots. You can sort of see the design in the picture that shows just the bag, which also, there is no Swiss sign on the bag like shown in the picture. Under the product feature it says filled 5lbs of fill, and under the product description it says filled with 3.5lbs of fill. The 3.5lbs is the correct amount; at least thats what it says on the box it came in. The zipper seems to work great. The bag is very roomy and there is PLENTY of room for everything, so you dont have to worry about rolling it up really tight like some sleeping bags. I havent washed it yet, so Im not sure how well it holds up in the wash. I also havent put the straps on yet, nor I have I used it on the air mattress yet. This seems like it would be great for guests when its warm, but if its a little cooler, theyre going to need an extra blanket. Even though its not exactly what I thought I was getting, Id still give it 4 stars, it will be great for indoor or warmer outdoor use, even if we do still need an extra blanket. ***EDIT*** Fits perfectly on the Swiss Comfort Air Bed. The straps are great to keep it in place. The fabric gets softer after washing it too, doesnt rip or tear like some sleeping-bag fabrics. Even happier with it now then when I first bought it! NO FLEECE BLANKET  On: 2006-12-07This was described as a nice sleep system to put over your airbed, with sheet material inside, a fleece blanket inside, and then a comforter on top that all zips together. Just what I needed for my truck camper RV, I thought! Well, it is a very (VERY) lightweight queensize sleeping bag, no fleece blanket in sight. My husband and I tried it in our 54 degree bedroom and were cold. I would say its for a nice spring night indoors, and would be great as extra bedding used like that. But you would have to wash the whole sleeping bag after guests leave. It does fit well on the top of a queen size bed, and my husband, who is 64" did fit in the sleeping bag easily, which is great. I just want my fleece blanket, then it would work great for us. I could throw a big down comforter over the whole works when it is cold. This is made by the same company that makes swiss army knives. The zippers appear well made. Swiss Gear goes to Oregon On: 2006-10-31Sleeping was great. We had for a million years two doubles that we zipped together. It go old, so we now have a new Queen size that makes it great for us and our two small dogs that sleep in the bag as well. They gave it a 5 paw rating. Easy to pack, light. Everything we wanted in a bag. regarding the comforter On: 2006-08-02actually i misunderstood the product,in the picture it was given over the air-bed.....i thought they would provide me with air bed+comfortor,and i was actually looking for the air bed. ok now the comforter which i got is really good,and i feel its bit expensive.if the cost is not the problem then the comforter which ur getting is great.....i recommend this product.best of luck guys and happy shopping |
