They fit well, but wore out so quickly. As an estimate, I think these tips lasted only one-fourth of what the original ones did. The quality of the rubber is obviously inferior. Although the price was appealing, I think I may purchase the original tips even if they cost twice as much. Nordic walking pause  On: 2008-03-10Two problems: 1) they wear out quickly and I have to keep replacing the paws 2) people keep stopping me to ask about the poles! I tell them that Nordic walking burns 20-40% more calories, engages the lats and triceps, relieves stress from the knees etc. etc. I wish everyone would use them so they would leave me alone and get on with my walking.
