Swiss Army has great products, but I will NEVER do service with them online again!!! First I ordered this product, then after a month went by and it still wasnt sent, I deleted my order. A couple weeks later, I received the product, even though I deleted my order. I just immediately returned it. It took over FIVE MONTHS for me to receive my refund!... and I received nastly e-mails from customer service accusing me of never returning the product. If you want to buy something from Swiss Army, I strongly advise going to a store to get it!!!
