This is a small relatively bright LED light with many uses. First, the dual function feature of strobe and constant on is really clever. the dome screws down to turn the light on/off. if you unscrew the dome completely you will find two cr2032 batteries shrink wrapped together. If the light is in the strobe mode and you flip the battery bundle over and screw the dome back down the light goes into the constant mode. It is simplicity at its simplest. When replacing batteries you dont have to worry about shrink wrapping them, just placing two CR2032s in the case works fine. the spring tension keeps everything tight. The light comes with a removable belt clip. When removed you can thread 9/16" or smaller webbing through the housing and attach this light anywhere. you can buy other attach options like a magnetic mount, helmet mount etc. the light is bright enough to read a map, illuminate a tent, and works great as a bicycle blinky, trail marker, etc.
