But I am surprised at the results. Nordic walking gets my heart rate going and I am able to work up a sweat with no problem. The poles fit my height well and have a balancing effect on my walking for a more effective workout. The walking itself is fun and hardly feels like a workout at all. I can alternate postions as I wish. The poles themselves are beautifully designed and strong. Highly recommended. |
