Battery last a long time and the light is very bright. Saves me the trouble of holding a flashlight. Highly recommend this unit. Ive used a Streamlight LED light in the past and the light was not as versatile as this one. You can have it broad/diffused or narrow focused. Cant beat the Booster button either. Great to know you can have that extra output when you need it. Great multi-use head lamp On: 2008-01-14I use this headlamp in my sailboat, where is humid and salty, and many times it is raining when I am wearing them on deck. They are also very handy not only when having to work on deck, but when you are trying to find your mooring at night. The red lens allows you to maintain your night vision too. I also use it when ever I am working on the engine and other areas with no much illumination, where you need both hands to do the work. The headlight is bright, it can be dimmed, has an emergency flash, it is confortable to watch, and it is waterproof. Moreover, it has a high intensity beam for when ever is needed, and the batteries last quite a while. I highly recommend this item for use both outside and inside your boat/house/tent. |
