got the bags for backpacking with my two grandchildren. They are very light weight, compact and a good price for a down bag. Dont know that Id let the grandkids sleep in them in 35 degree weather however as they are thinner, less filled than Id want for a 35 degree bag. Comparing them to my own down bags Id think theyd be more of a 40-45 degree bag to be warm and comfortable. Overall however a very good deal for the price
