I wear them every day for work which is very dirty, wet, uneven and demanding. I also use them for hiking and backpacking. I love them to say the least, lightweight, very comfortable, easy break in, and very durable. six months in and theyre still in great shape. Good fit / true to size. I use these boots for hiking & backpacking. A true bargain for nice boots On: 2008-02-05I will buy more of them because the price is great and Hi-Tec boots are nice for the price. I have to say living in Northern CA with all the rain we have had these came in very handy! NO you cannot go "wading", but they are waterproof up to the laces. Very light and comfortable. I wear them in the pouring, ( and I mean drenched in seconds) rain stepping in puddles and no problems at all. I recommend for sure! |
