HUUUUGE and GREEN     On: 2008-10-17

You may wonder why the color is called "aloe" when its lovely and golden. Well, its not, the background color IS aloe colored. Not necessarily unattractive, just wasnt what I was expecting. Fabric is a great crisp, quick drying material with enough "grunge factor" to be hip and not dowdy. Its also sized quite large. Granted the material hasnt any stretch so it shouldnt be tight, but its a very crisp material that doesnt drape and flow -- so its great at camoflauging flaws but can be a little like wearing a curtain or lampshade. The hip and waist are the same size. Its practically a square until you draw the drawstring. But then you have a lampshade. I like it, but not enough to buy more than one in different colors, or to buy it again if Id seen it in person first.
Funky colors and fit     On: 2008-10-17

Not "funky" in a hip and cool way.

On the other hand, "morel" is awful, not monotone as in the picture but the mushroomy color, besides the darker paisley design, there are splotchy swirls of orange with small leafy bits of green, so it looks like a Halloween paper bag.
